Exchange Policy

There is no Return to Products bought from Tayraak, however, the product can be exchanged through direct contact with the customer care service.

Through the Process

In order to get an exchange of our product, you need to contact us and send the package over within 10 days of you receiving the parcel. 

The package sent back should be sent over without any damage or depletion of the product, and with the tags intact.

Any exchange query that extends the 10 day time frame will not be entertained or accommodated in any way

Your exchange will be processed once our team has received and inspected the team. 

After the due diligence, we will send over the replacement item.
